- Location Data: We collect precise location data through our Rider App to provide order tracking and delivery progress. This includes Background Location Tracking even when the app is closed or not in use, to ensure seamless order assignment and rider safety.
- Earnings Data: Bank account details and settlement history for payout processing.
3. How We Use Location Data (Riders Only)
Our Rider App collects and processes location data to:
- Assign orders based on proximity to the pickup point.
- Provide real-time order tracking for customers.
- Calculate delivery distances for accurate payout settlements.
- Ensure rider safety through journey monitoring.
Note: Riders can disable location tracking in their device settings, but this will significantly limit the ability to receive and fulfill orders.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Parties
We share your data with trusted partners to facilitate our services:
- Payment Processors: We use Razorpay and Stripe to process secure payments. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Mapping Services: We use Google Maps SDK and APIs to provide navigation and location services.
